Ink Tags & Accessories
Ink Tags are
a great alternative to security systems. They deter shoplifting by
denying the thief the benefit of the product stolen. Under normal use
these tags do not harm the garment. When a shoplifter tries to force
off the tag it will break & leak ink/dye/paint all over the article of
clothing they were hoping to use for themselves, a friend, or even
re-sell. Visually these tags alert the shoplifters to go elsewhere to
steal. Retailers also use ink tags with security systems. They use the
security tags as backers in order to double the security on some
high-ticket items. Also retailers use ink tags in areas close to their
security system in order to avoid false alarms due to security tags in
too close of a proximity to the sensor door panels.
All of these
tags except the InktagŪ3 will need some sort of backer purchased
separately. You may use three different types of backers: 1. Security
tags (any except the Half-FashionŪ by Sensormatic which will not
accept a long pin style ink tag) 2. Bubble clutch backers (These will
work with magnetic detachers). 3. Gray clutch backers (These will work
with Sensormatic hand held & electric standard detachers. These will
not work with supertagŪ detachers).

These clear dome style ink
tags are filled with a bright pink/red dye. They are very visual and
deter shoplifters effectively. These must be used with a backer tag.
You may use a sensor tag for double protection or use a clutch type
backer for use without a security system. Purchase bubble clutch
backers for use with a magnetic detacher, or purchase the gray
clutch for use with Sensormatic detachers. Case pack is 500 tags.

InktagŪ3 Ink Tags

Round ink tag with
cone shaped bottom. These tags offer a high level of security
without the need of an alarm. This tag comes with the cone shaped
clutch so you do not need to purchase an additional clutch. Size is
approximately 1 1/2" in diameter. This tag is compatible with most
universal magnetic detachers. Case pack is 500 tags. Our price

This ink tag can be
used by itself with a non-active backer (will not ring security
system) or as the pin for a live security tag providing double
protection. Size is approximately 2 1/8" x 1". Case pack is 500

Bubble Clutch Backers
|
This is a
non-active backer used to place ink tags onto apparel. This backer
will not ring your security system. It will, however, be able to be
removed with the same magnetic detacher that is used on other
Checkpoint tags, Security Tag System tags & Monarch tags. Cases pack

Gray Clutch Backers

These backers are used
with any of the ink tags above to allow them to be detached using
the standard Sensormatic detachers (below). Size is approximately 1"
x 2". Case pack is 500/case.

Lanyards
 |
This
plastic coated metal cord with loops at either end can be used to
attach hard tags to items that you do not want to put a pin through.
Loop the lanyard through the handle of a purse, the buttonhole of a
leather coat, or the loop on the side of a cowboy boot. Slip one
loop through the other, then attach the hard tag through the open
loop of the lanyard. Packed 200 to a case.

strap that can be wrapped around a handle of a golf club, the cord
of a power tool, or other type of valuable product to allow you to
pin a hard security tag on the product.

Magnetic Detacher

This
standard detacher will work on most Checkpoint style tags. After
receiving this item, you must attach it to your retail counter as it
is small and may get lost or stolen easily. We recommend each
retailer have a minimum of two detachers to avoid a panic if one
gets misplaced. Usually retailers will have one at each cash
register station as well as one in the back stock room. (If
shipping to an address in the USA you MUST provide a legitimate
Business Federal ID number or Social Security Number in order for us
to ship this product).

Sensormatic Hand Held Detacher for Hard Plastic Tags

This easy
to use detacher comes with a lanyard to fasten it down to the
counter next to each cash register. We recommend that each store
have at a minimum of two detachers to avoid panic if one gets lost
or stolen. This detacher works on all the above tags except the
SupertagŪ. (If shipping to an address in the USA you MUST provide a
legitimate Business Federal ID number or Social Security Number in
order for us to ship this product).

This easy
to use tag remover must be connected to a standard electrical outlet
at the cash register station. This detacher is great for larger
stores with bigger sales volumes. (If you are shipping to an address
